Frame Rate

So when im playing house party, if im tabbed into the game, i barely get 20 frames, but once im tabbed out, the game is able to run fine, but i cant play while tabbed out (See the problem) how can i make my tabbed out frame rate (144 FPS+) the frame rate while tabbed in?

Hey sorry for the delay, I think you asked this on Discord? Were you using GSYNC and was changing that setting able to resolve the issue?
