...I have the censor box toggle to off and I have the censor patch installed? Is this a bug of some sort? It seems to only come on to cover up penetration. I feel like I am watching a Japanese porno. Anyways, its fucking lame and dulls the game's edge IMO.

I guess you miss install the uncensor patch if you use steam version.
Use the free dlc to get rid of it properly.
