If you're on the title screen with the dancing character, where you would start a new game, it is in the top right corner of that screen.
Alright, we thought we addressed this but we will look into it again. Did she immediately disappear into the floor, or did another character nudge her, or did a door hit her, etc.?

I've got 0.9.6 as well and this actually happens not only to Ashley, but to pretty much any girl you have sex with in Ashley's room, such as Amy or Vickie (if you warp her and ask for another round while still in there).
