I haven't played the Doja Cat or Liz Katz expansions so I've only seen this in the Original Story. Also, I don't remember seeing this issue when I first started playing House Party on 2-23-2025 but it's been a constant issue since at least 2-27-2025.
I did the following troubleshooting but haven't found a resolution:
- Walked through the 5 main troubleshooting steps listed here viewtopic.php?f=7&t=7
- Moved all save files to a different location and started a new game with a new save file
- Reinstalled the game
- Deleted the registry key to clear user preferences
- Searched this forum and other forums including Steam and Reddit but haven't found this issue mentioned
