This has been a bug forever, but it still hasn't been fixed.
When you get a character to do a striptease for you (which AFAIK, is only done via console commands ATM?), the focal point of her animation seems to drift, and after a brief while you can clearly see that she isn't stripteasing for you anymore, but for some arbitrary point in space that's drifting further and further away from you.
Maybe you could write some recurring self-correction code in to the striptease function to make sure that the game is constantly re-orienting the center of the animation back on to the player (or other recipient character)? The drift is only noticeable after some time, so you wouldn't need to bog the processor down with constant self-correction. You could correct the animation two or three times per second and it wouldn't have any jarring impact on the visuals.
TBH, I don't even know if the devs even visit these forums anymore, but on the off chance, I thought I'd make the request...
