[0.9.2] IsTopless event trigger - not working?

There is in Original story IsTopless type of trigger for Ashley reacting to player.
But it is not working. Also, it is not listed in list of triggers when checking Ashley events in console.

It's listed for me in the Steam 0.9.2 version via console:
https://imgur.com/NKdzy0X This is the only IsTopless event I see and it corresponds to the information in the .character file.
It is likely just not linked to/used on purpose to lessen the # of things we have to fix and re-test right now. Not every inconsistency that *a user can see or will observe* is an issue that needs to be reported. Please try to keep bug reports to detailed observation, backed up by usable evidence like debug logs and/or screenshots.
