Everybody flagged as busy

Hi,

First, sorry for the kinda double post as I posted this on Steam already before noticing those forums.
The issue is this: for some reason, everybody gathers outside near the gazebo, and while I can talk to people, a "this person is busy" notification appears (personalized for every character, like Madison "looks at me like I'm art" or something) and no event can go forward. Giving the tampered rum won't have any effect on Katherine for example, nor does the phone signal jammer. Stephanie won't go to the hot tub with the speaker because she's "too busy to dance".

I think, you're playing 1.0.7 version according to your screenshot.
If so, make sure you're not stuck in a quest that block any other ones, like "deck the ball" (for 1.0.7).
To continue, you may need to end the quest before doing anything else.
