Attached the dildo, whale poster, finger foam, sunglasses onto the penguin and placed it on the master bedroom dresser. Got amy to "weigh in on my sculpture" but the conversation got stuck when i asked "what do you think it's missing? ". When i inspect the penguin, it says that i am missing something. What am i doing wrong? I can't proceed with Artsy Fartsy

There is a bug that if you combine some items for the penguin while in inventory game would not correctly flag that you put enough items on the penguin to be completed.

I think that is probably what happened to you.
