Game Grumps and Katherine stuck

Was in the middle of the part of quest where you are supposed to get them the briefcase after unlocking VR. However, all three of the characters are stuck and cannot be interacted with. I saw another post in the forum with similar issue. Seems I got locked because of background chatter that I didn't hear because of a save. Sadly all the other saves I have are super far behind this. I saw that there was a possible console commad that could fix it and am interested in that or any other help I can get. Thanks!
