I think my config is sufficient to run this game however:

the game starts and after it is unmanageable. impossible to click on the menu buttons it only lights up once out of 10 in a completely random way and to carry out in-game interactions with characters and objects. my character jerks like crazy when it doesn't completely hang. Impossible to quit the game without going through the task manager the menu and the quit button simply not responding.

for now it's money spent for nothing

It is certainly more than sufficient to run the game. Sorry you're running into issues.

Can you get me a copy of the player.log file after having experienced these issues, as well as a DXDiag info file? These can be found using the instructions in this article: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=8

This might be silly to write, but are you sure that both windows and your gpu driver is up to date ?

no suggestions given to help me will be considered stupid
I checked my drivers and I checked via steam the integrity of the game files.

I read through your log quickly and I'm wondering if you might be possibly running into the same issues I had with Unity I installed it separately and it seems to have fixed the problem as well as make another game run more stable.
