Empty House

No one in the house. I recently reinstalled house party after not playing since May of last year and the Original Story is bugged with no opening subtitles and an empty house, tried turning off anti-virus, playing and older version, uninstalling. With no luck hope there is a solution I don't know about.

I had this problem with an old savegame. Staring a new game worked however.

I have the same issue, I start off in an empty house with a line of blood running from the garage to the firepit.

Try starting a new game if you have not already. Also try stepping through
this section of our troubleshooting guide. Let us know if you still have issues after addressing each of those steps in detail.
