What version of the game are you playing? The version is shown in the top right of the title screen.

Can you try again on 0.18.1, then exit the game and get me an output_log.txt? You can find that here: C:\Users\YOU\AppData\LocalLow\Eek\House Party, or %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Eek\House Party

Alright so that's happening because of a region/globalization issue. Can you set your Windows date/time settings to reflect a mm/dd/yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy format (Gregorian calendar)? Thai calendars, Lunar calendars, and some other calendars used from Western Europe through Central and Eastern Asia can cause problems with the CSB still.
