Katherine's dialogue with Grumps skipped with jammer still on

A minor bug. When the Grumps have landed in the yard, if you still have the phone jammer on, Katherine's immediate interaction with them is canceled as she'll instead complain about no reception and walk off.

That's not a bug, as the player is warned about still having the jammer on right before the Grumps jump out of the balloon. Katherine's initial interaction with the Grumps was never meant to be guaranteed, as some players may want to interact with her for other reasons before engaging the Grumps.
