This has been happening for a while but when I'm in a dialog and try to look around with right click, the camera bugs out and jumps all over the place. Holding it and trying to look around gives a real bad stutter and it often just aims at the ceiling. The game is up to date.

WIndows 10
FX 6300
Radeon R9 380 4gb

Nothing seems to work, even a reinstall. Anyone else have this problem? It only happens when in a dialog with a character.

is your gpu driver up to date (latest whql is 2020.1.3, no whql 2020.2.2) ?

It indeed is. This has been going on well over a year, over many different driver updates.

Try resetting your Catalyst/AMD GPU control panel settings to default. If you've got any "extra" hardware monitoring/control software, disable or uninstall it.

Did this get resolved with the most recent update by any chance?
