Can`t register Eek account through the game

I'm having the same problem, but it's asking me this..

Edit: I ended changing the password, but it says that I didn't validate my account or could be fat fingered hacking into their servers? WTH?! I did validate my account!

It's seems some people are having an issue connecting to the server. I don't know why I need to login to get custom stories, when in the past you just insert them into the document mod folder.
