Can't install "Explicit DLC"

Hello,
iam from Germany and i cant download the DLC. Sry for my bad english skills. I bought a VPN and i was in this Countrys: Canada, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland and more. I restarted Steam everytime. Pls help me.

Hey, try this:

1) open this link and press on "install" in the top rigt corner (https://steamdb.info/app/944540/)
2) Then go into your Steam library, right click on House party and go to properties. You should be able to see the DLC tab now, and make sure you tick it.

The easiest way is installing the main game, then
-> go to steam library
-> right click on your game (house party)
-> click game properties
-> click "Zusatzinhalte (DLC)"
-> click on the checkbox for "House Party explicit content add-on"

DLC should now download an install automatically
