Hey is anyone else having a porblem creating an account?

I am trying to create an account to look at the custom storys and outfits people have made but it keeps saying that there is a problem prossesing my regristration. I am not a very tech litterate person so I don't know if this is the wrong place for this but I just want an account to see and use stuff people have made.
