[Deleted Story] Housebreaking [1.0.0]

I don't understand how to do anything in this custom. I climb the gutter and get inside. I pick up 2 items and can't hold anymore. Can't interact with any items in the inventory, I can't get back outside. And then Ashley bee-lines for me and I get kicked out, without the items... what do?

This also was quite disturbing for me at first. then i got it.

In inventory, you got the briefcase. You need to drop it on the floor. To do so, get it in hand then release it (with right or left click, can't remember).
Once on floor, it's open and you can interact with it.

When inside, you enter by the laundry room.
Inventory size is limited, and you have only 2 exits:
1. the windows in art room (leave interaction)
2. the slider door, which requires a key you don't have at first.

To allow yourself to get different stuff in your inventory, you can either use/give the stuff you stole (as part of quest / story progress) or sell it using the briefcase.

Alright, helped me a bit further, cheers. Though I still don't know what to do Half the time I can't interact with the safe, stuck there reloading and trying over.

You may need to version your custom story so forum users can tell if they already have the last version or not.
By version i mean just suffix the archive with a version (like 1.1 as in your custom story) or the publishing date (2022-05-26)

thank you for your help for the first error it's my fault and for the second error "found a key" in fact I did not translate it because it is content not to be used, so I replaced mine with yours.

Very confused. Can get the phones and open the liquor cabinet and invite Amy over. But when the opportunity says get the hot chocolate, there is no mug or chocolate bar to make it with, you can't open the fridge or any of the cabinets in the kitchen and none of the rest of the objects that work either.

hello the chocolate is in the same place as in the main story, that is to say in the study room upstairs (Brittney's room) on the shelf on the left and for the cup it is in the kitchen above the microwave

I'll admit it: I'm stuck. I've successfully done everything I can think of to do and not do and I still can't move forward to Mission 2. I either get a Game Over, or I get a black screen with no activity. Is that the correct course and my mod is just bugged?
