Cut or Disabled Content

Can anyone give me some info about cut and/or disabled content this game has? I read somewhere that this game has lots of it. Also, will we ever get them back?

There is only single quest that was removed during development, but can be enabled back with console command, for those curious (of course all later content added after it is not integrated with it).

I have been playing this a lot on and off since it has been released and this is the only one that was cut from accessing a normal way via story. It was only cut due to new updates and changes that rendered it buggy when kept in normal story. It is totally playable via enabling in the command line in its entirety though.
