Yes... just type help in console to get the list.
To get info on specific command:
help commandname
to get example of specific command
example commandname

What peter980 gave you will get you started with commands. To directly answer your question about a dancing command, try:
dance ashley true
and when you want to stop the "forced dance":
dance ashley false
