I know people hve been asking before this but does anyone know when it will have a full release on steam?!?

Not in a near future, as it wasn't updated since 0.8.x build. :cry:

Yeah, I think it got shelved when team started going in direction of improving stories for existing girls (new Ashley, Stephanie and Madison content).
