Requesting CharacterCustomize Have Hairstyle Customization For NPC And ConsoleCommand For Changing NPC Hairstyle In Game

Please, add hairstyle customization similar to KSTGames' SeasideMystery with extreme pixie undercut since no npc in game has that. e.g LetyDoesStuff and #Brittany.
Also add a command for it in console. e.g changehairstyle Doja PatrickHairstyle viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1981
