Amy walken into me and Vickie in the hot tub and now when I ask about the items needed for the scavenger hunts she says that I have other interests in mind and I cant progress that oportunity.
Is there any command to make it posible?
I tried with quest start but that didnt work.

No there is no console command to unfail the quest.

In fact, this will not even help in all situations.

Some of the story logic does not check only if a specific quest is active or not, but also things like if a specific dialog reply was already said or not, or are some story variables have a specific value set or not.
