Do Leah's quest after Frank leaves

After Frank leaves from being humiliated, if you haven't done Leah's quest then you're unable to do it and Julius Squeezer won't leave his box even if you leave the hatch open. What if after Frank leaves, have an alternative route to seducing Leah?
Maybe this route could allow you to not have Julius Squeezer killed and Ashley will still be happy. Of course some things would be left out like the whole Frankie's club sub plot.
