threesomes? i mean with other people than player. like Derek Frank Ashley threesome.

You can replace the player with an NPC for threesome cutscenes, but it'll come with a lot of downsides. In our next update, that system will work noticeably better.

At the moment, the three-player version appears to be lacking.

You can change "player" with any other NPC and FEMALE with any female NPCs etc.; but it can look strange.
