First off, what's the point of giving people alcohol outside of some quests that need it? Does it actually change things how characters behave or something?
And secondly can you redo the sex scenes or is it a one and done scenario with each character? If you can, how?

On the women I tried having "it", usually I could do it again. Just click on the same dialogue.
