If no date was published on the changelog page, there is no official eta.
Anyhow, stable build are generally published every 1.5 to 2 month, so i guess, it should be around xmas.

We're shooting for before the end of this year, but in general yeah it's 1.5-2 months between updates. This isn't going to be a small update

As beta is still not published, probably not.
