Does anyone know how to complete "Sisters Forever"?

In the custom story "New_Story", one of the new quests added is called "Sisters Forever". You unlock it by inviting Vickie to the party and it says "Get Madison and Ashley to both love you and see what happens". My gut is saying complete the Smooth Operator quests for both girls but I'm not 100% sure.
