Get Patricks Briefcase without Broom?

Hey everyone,
is there a way to get Patricks briefcase from the gazebo without the broom or dildo? I already used the Broom in the dirt by the hot tub and the dildo is attached to the Penguin.. I can‘t throw the vibrator, is there any way to still get the case down or do I have to start over? Command console is not an option unfortunately because I want to get all achievements.

Okay I have figured it out myself actually , so I‘m posting the solution in case anyone finds themselves in a similar situation: you can take the broom back, even though it‘s already attached to the speaker in the dirt. Just turn the speakers off, take the speakers and then you can add the broom to your inventory.
