Could there be a key that makes the player ejaculate on command? Or if the player could find an item that stimulates his prostate and makes him cum? I think it would be kinda funny and also useful at times

Outside of any intimacy act? Should be possible. In the short term the easiest solution in a custom story would be to set a very high OrgasmSensitivity, which would effectively allow for a near-instant orgasm and very quick recharge.
