could not be loaded for Rewired_Core.dll. Please install Rewire

Hi peoplz,
Just did a fresh instal on my new computer. I installed Unity 2018.2.20f 64bit from the archive and downloaded unpacked CTC. I double clicked StoryCreator first... But then it complains, computers says No... In Unity on the bottomstatus bar it tells me
"(!) Rewired: Plugin importer could not be loaded for Rewired_Core.dll. Please install Rewired"
How to proceed?
