What Peter980 said. Eventually we'll revamp old content to use these positions, where appropriate. For now it's only in the newest content and in custom stories. Also accessible via the command console.

Once you've engaged the Lety-Rachael Easter Egg, no, you can't go again with just Lety. There's also some content that blocks off that repeat even if it looks like the master bedroom is temporarily free.
