hi, i'm trying to make my own custom story from scratch but i can't seem to rename it from the original story i know i must be missing something simple but what ?

I see it's to old and needs converted or something ? . Is the new version of House Party ( 13. ) out for everybody to get now or still in testing if not when will it be released. P.S I got this game the other day it's pretty cool , great job on it.
