IIRC we only sync the save game folder for House Party. We do not back up user-created content. So the only issues you should encounter are with saves for various stories, not with the stories themselves. I have not ran into the issue with my own Steam copies of HP so I'd need more details, logs, etc.

At this time Mac builds are something we'll look into once we address all the other major goals we've stated for HP, e.g. Doja Cat DLC, VR version, etc. Basically, once we are in a place where we are iterating on House Party via QOL updates, we'll take another crack at a Mac version.

Are you using standard Windows 10 decompression? Can you try using 7zip or WinRAR?

You mean you cannot decompress the .zip you downloaded directly from itch? Or do you get this error when playing the game?

You can replace the player with an NPC for threesome cutscenes, but it'll come with a lot of downsides. In our next update, that system will work noticeably better.
