Two tips.
1) There is "traditional" way to get Patrick indisposed. Really, if you played game before you will figure this one out. It was even required for some other quests that previously existed in the game.
2) There is new way, they relays on mechanic that was added in 0.13.3. Exempt getting bad rep with girls using this mechanic, it can actually be used to simulate something else when used on Patrick. Solving it this way also gives you achievement.
