Is there any way to force this animation without having the player achieve orgasm? I'm talking about the animation the girls do right at the end of a bj, when she stops sucking and transitions to jerking the player off.

You can set the Player's OrgasmSensitivity to 0, and force the Player's Orgasm value to 98 or 99 to immediately get to, and then hold this animation. You can fiddle around more from here, but as long as the Player's Orgasm does not go above 100, you can transition from kneeling HJ to BJ at will.

To preview this in console:

values player orgasmsensitivity equals 0
intimacy player leah startblowjob sexualact

Then these as fast as you want:
values player orgasm equals 98
values player orgasm equals 9
values player orgasm equals 98

And of course other Orgasm values increase/decrease the speed of the hand action during the BJ.
