When will Custom Story Creator for HP 0.17.3 be published ?

would like to know when the new Custom Story Creator comes out, and if you already have a link to Download! I'm creating a story (surprise party for Dereke) that would be like a continuation of the main story. having several dialogues and games between the characters. but I have some problems because I use CSC 0.16.5 and my Steam game is on HP17.3
one of the main problems are:
- Puddle of eyes (presciso disable).
- Bottles of drinks (local and new quantity).
- the function of urinating. (I can live without it for the time being but I would like to use it as for example if the bar stays at 100% forcing the player to urinate, and if there is a bar like this for npc forcing the npc to go to a bathroom)
if you are not leaving for now this summer can someone tell me how to do these things manually in TXT?

The 0.17.3 CSC is out! For this release we strongly recommend using Unity 2018.4.26.
