Then you have not installed it correctly.

Is story folder called "Gone Bad Party"?
.story file and folder name should match.

It's installed fine.
... Apparently more progress is needed with the characters to get the option, not just to have a good chance of success ... but any chance at all requires "friend" status.

Seems like it was easier before, issue is probably the Dr. Stephanie route the blocks some of the other paths (Brittney).

Should all the characters have the ?option at some point? Or only a few?

All female characters should have ? options.
Each option has its own set of requirements (like for example, being alone, already intimate, not currently walking somewhere etc..).
Romance bar only affects the chance of success.

? options are almost never blocked by story elements, but intimacy actions that they unlock can be blocked. For example, you can not be intimate with Steph during Meltdown being in progress.

Mostly tweaks to Madison's Simon Says opportunity.
Renamed couple of actions.

Updated to 1.5.3

Just fixed original story bug I've encountered:
Resolved issue with increased orgasm sensitivity if you do not take advantage of Ashley during Derek/Madison scene, if Training Day quest is active

Updated to 1.5.4

No functional changes in this release. Just removed references to Original Story and added references to Gone Bad Party in character files, in order to support localization, if using story as custom story.

If using as override nothing is changed.
