It's possible if you're not making the files Read Only as an administrator, it will just get undone. Check if the files remain as Read Only after closing preferences and opening it again.

Can't start the "Katherine Needs a Drink" opportunity.

Yes, you can. I took out the line "I could use a drink. Do you want me to get you one?" because it can piss her off if you ask too soon.

Instead, talk to her about her boyfriend first, then once she asks you for a drink, you can ask her "What kind of drinks do you like?" which will start the opportunity.

Hey there. Nice job! You did really well on making the Original Story worth playing yet again with your 18.2 update!

You nailed almost all of it. A couple of things you did miss though, maybe intentionally?

If you start the Vickie "training" in the hot tub before completing, or even starting if mem serves, Amy's scavenger hunt, you automatically pass the "Sexy Dares" opp. With or without other participants in the hot tub. And if mem serves again, Rachael doing anything with you in the tub completes the opp as well.

And another one. If you complete Leah's quest properly as per the OS and kick Frank's ass with no additional training, I only tried dark side, and load a save immediately after completion, her war paint is gone. And in a separate load instance, after kicking Frank's ass again, all the booze I nicked while Frank was outside waiting for Leah, was gone.

Another oddity to report. Sometimes you can get the phone back from Madison, sometimes you can't. No matter when you ask for her to give it back. And sometimes Leah has warpaint on, and sometimes she doesn't. I loaded from a static point several times, and got different results every time. Although in every one of my savegame loads, I could always invite Amy back to the hot tub. So good job on that!

I can only assume there are some code discrepancies somewhere to account for the other oddities.

Warpaint issue is I think game bug.
If you load the save when you start the game, Leah will have the correct body paint. But if you load from the active game, she will always revert to a non-painted look.

Regarding Madison and the phone, I do not know how much is New Game+ modified from Original Story, but in OS, you can ask Madison for the phone back, only if you need it to progress Ashley's prank quest.
