I was playing and I walked out following Rachael to side of house and I think I answered a text without pausing the game irl and realized Rachael had already walked back inside and she never continued, I should try to recreate it, it might just be due to my user error, but I didn’t think she should walk back in if you never went and saw her flash or anything, and since she never flashed you, you can’t ask katherine to make her do something else, unless you happened to have already saved, and you can load back, but I hadn’t saved cause I didn’t feel I was going to mess up anything so I saved and she’s now frozen on the stairs. Haven’t had free time since to recreate it

Updated the version with a complete overhaul of the chasing amy quest/rewards.

Thanks I figured out what was going on and am uploading a fix right after posting this. The distance from the player was checked twice I only removed one of them. Now it should fire up the dialogue for the dare regardless of distance

Several smaller bugs:
1) Getting Brittney on Chasing Amy path does not remove player character clothes.
2) Giving Amy credit card in front of Madison will trigger Madison trying to get Frank dialogue.
3) Amy can get out of hot tub in the middle of date

Additionally, I again got to situation where Amy would not go to take pictures of Brittney in Scavenger Hunt (American flag). She would just stay where she is...
This could also be engine issue. The same save I used to switch to Chasing Amy part, and now I can not make Amy move to fire pit either.

Fixed the bugs you listed, improved the dialogue a bit, and added a little I guess easter egg at the end of the Vickie story line (hint: she does give you one last instruction after you've had sex with her)

Added one small bug fix I noticed and spiced up some of the dialogue I wasn't happy with

Also, because Patrick (or whoever the drunk guy is), absent, you can’t finish the Stephanie quest line. Unless I’m just really stupid.
