Stuttering Since NVidia Driver Update 391.01

Just updated yesterday after playing and started today. Noticing a lot of screen stuttering during movement and while looking in different directions. Anyone else? I am using a 1050ti.

I'm using a GTX 970M with the 391.01 driver and things seem to be working fine here.

There was a fair amount of posting regarding the newest drivers and their stability on reddit; might want to check around some of the tech sites. Sounds like it isn't just House Party :\
