I tried running HP via Steam Link, Moonlight and xbox controllers. Most of the functionality works but not the item actions dial menu. When I drag cursor e.g. to "Open" menu then tap (click) to activate menu the dial menu just disappears. Similar dial menu for Inventory/Memories works ok: drag mouse to desired action, tap (click), Inventory dialog is opened.
Please fix. I want to play your game with controller.
