How to throw items once in inventory?

Once you've taken an item into your inventory, how do you then bring it out so you can throw it?

I can only seem to be able to throw it if I first pick it up with right click instead of choosing to pick it up with left click.

Only couple of items can be removed from inventory to be thrown.

Unlocked phones by using lights.
Setting free penguin
Poppers from box
Using clitopcalise setting on vibrator.

Kind of tedious that only certain items can be thrown after being placed into your inventory and you'd need to restart the game just so to throw an item before putting it into your inventory.

Could we please have added that we can throw any item from our inventory after we've acquired them?

From the current content perspective, it does not matter.

There is more then enough items that can be thrown at Frank, especially since some are just grabable, so can't get to inventory anyway.

And if you hunt for achivements, vibrator is always available, since it gets grabbed to hand when you turn on its clitpocalype setting.
