So downloaded this story today. Every time I grab a beer I instantly warp to hot tub clothes and all then scene starts but everyone is out of place.

Hello, that's amazing story totaly loocking forward for updates. But i'm also very curious is there any use of Ashleys laptop? I can take it to inventory but can't find a way to use it. Pls help.

There's no use for Ashley's laptop. I probably enabled it by accident, since it was my first story and I didn't know what I was doing.

If you're looking for updates, I probably won't be adding any for "Ashley and My Landlord" for the foreseeable future. However, I'm actively working on a much larger, more ambitious story called "Nemesis Party". It has similar themes. A beta version will be released on the forums around New Year's Day.

second...ehm when ashley and derek go in the skybed room and ..."yeah do what needs to be done"

and you wait until derek and ashley begin to make out, i can unlock the door but i cant open it because "space" for fighting will not trigger to interact with the door anymore.

is the story going forward if you wait a longer time? or is this a bug ?

I found 2 links to the French version in the postings and my last/latest
download of this mod is an "Incomplete" version.

Oh. And P.S. Why is Nemesis Party showing as Abandoned?

If the custom story is not in the first post, try using the in-game feature.

I guess abandoned state is due to author given up the custom story.

Any idea how to get the key to ashley's room? I've been searching for like an hour and i still cant find it

is it possible for you to add a mfm scene at the gazebo because Ashley suggest that they should have a 3 way together when Rachael goes home either that or one in the art room or whatever for Rachael if possible
