It could be due Hotstory already being in Custom Story Uploader.
If it was not you who posted it originally, you can see with devs if they can remove the duplicate from CSU, or maybe change its ownership to you.
Erasimus fixed this for me. Uploaded my story, linked the forum, and added a butt pic to the upload.... all set now.

Should I assume that if a translation is posted in this thread that it is agreeable to upload the translation in the Custom Story Uploader?

While it should be, unfortunately translation download functionality is not yet implemented by the In-Game download manager.
So uploading it will not do anything.

For my translation, i allow author to embedded them in your story delivery package, once the CSU will support i18n, which sadly, is not the case yet, as peter980 said.
When i18n will be supported, you may send me your custom story so i can provide quickly a french version so you just upload it once in the csu.

If you dowloaded the zip file, do this
To Install:
The ZIP contains a directory called "HotStory"
Unzip and place the HotStory directory in C:\Users\User\Documents\Eek\House Party\Mods\Stories
or wherever your custom stories are.
If you used the story dowloader in the game, We need to ask someone else.

Nice mod. It should have an interrupt option during sex, for example you can't interrupt makeout(kissing) you have to change position.
It is possible to grope with certain position like kissing? I never managed to do in a mod, maybe it is beyond the story creator.
