Stuck in the closet with Ashely and Vickie

For some reason on quest Sibling Warfare it just wont progress. I waited for five minutes and tried using the console to get past it but it does nothing. Any tips or does it just take 5 to 10 minutes?

did you shut all the closet door? if so, open up one door(dont open up the one in front of ashley at least) to continue and then vickie will have a dialogue
