Will Liz Katz Be Available For Custom Stories?

The recent announcements about Liz Katz have been very clear in stating that she'll be available for intimate scenarios and console command control. But there's been absolutely no word as to whether she'll be available for custom stories, like Lety.
BTW, what's with House Party's cat fixation?

Derek's Cat?

Liz Katz will not be available for use in Custom Stories.
