Reduce Jiggle Physics Settings?

I played this game about 2 years ago, really enjoyed it, and came back today to see the updates.
Annoyingly my PC is now slower and struggling to play it on Medium but I can say the game looks a lot crisper. Will have to play it on max settings when I upgrade my PC in the near future.
However I noticed that Amy's tits where moving when she turned round to talk to me, which looked to be a new feature for all the girls. Is there a way to turn this down or off? Its unnecessarily distracting.
