Animation Problems by the campfire

I've noticed some glitchy animations at the campfire on the side by the hot tub. When tried in other places they seem to work ok. Using CSC 19.4 and Unity 3.10.20

Glitching animation are not related to csc or unity3d version used to start CSC.
Might be a house party issue depending on the location due to some collision mesh.
Maybe erasmus can tell more about that.

I'd need to know what animations they were, what the Character was doing, etc.
I'd basically need you to do the following WHILE the animation was glitching:
-Take screenshot, or better yet, a short video/gif
-Open the console and use the 'infodump' command
-Provide all of that along with a description of what happened just before the glitch occurred
