When a girl is paranoid about her eyes being red, what can you do to make her more comfortable??

So while trying to complete the Madison and Ashley threesome part...Madison will NOT get in the hot tub. For some reason, girls cannot get to the hot tub. They get to the top of the stairs and can't get in. I even tried reinstalling the latest version both through the game as well as downloading it.

For some reason, Frank never snaps out of it after running into the locked bathroom door. Am I missing something?
